Mr. Dino Andreou, holds the position of OTEGLOBE’s CEO since October 2007. By joining OTEGLOBE at its start-up in 2000 as Chief Financial Officer, he contributed significantly to the creation, development and establishment of OTEGLOBE’s business in Southern Eastern Europe’s National Wholesale Telecommunications Market.

Prior to OTEGLOBE he had worked for 4 years as Financial Director for Global One Communications Hellas S.A., holding responsibilities for finance, human recourses and legal issues.

He started his career in 1989 in Coopers & Lybrand, where after continuous promotions both in Athens’ branch and London’s headquarters, he was assigned a Senior Manager position.

He holds a BSc in Mathematics with Operational Research and an MSc in Operational Research, from the University of London.

Mr. George Nikoloudis currently holds the position of OTEGLOBE’s Chief Operating Officer, while from February 2006 he held the position of OTEGLOBE’s Director of Voice Sales Services. Being responsible for the development and promotion of Voice Services to Greek & international carriers, he contributed in upgrading the operations of the Voice Sales Services Department, as well as in the establishment of OTEGLOBE as the leading international carrier in the SE European region.

During the 13 years prior to OTEGLOBE he held a number of high level positions at MCI Inc, which was later acquired by Verizon Business. As the Country Manager, Mr. Nikoloudis was responsible for the launch and operation of the regional office in Athens, which covered the markets of Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania and F.Y.R.O.M.

He holds a University Degree in Electrical Engineering from the UNSW University of Sidney and a specialization in Informatics.

Mr. George Kiapokas holds the position of OTEGLOBE’s CFO since October 2007. By joining OTEGLOBE as Senior Manager in Financial Control & Analysis at the beginning of the year, he was actively involved at the delivery of the company’s Financial Statements & Business Plan, while he carried the overall responsibility of the company’s Administrative reports and SOX’s procedures.

Prior to OTEGLOBE he had worked for 4 years at Diageo Hellas, where after several promotions throughout the years, he was appointed the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager position in July 2005, carrying responsibility for the Company’s Financial Strategic Planning, as well as the reporting processes.

From July 2002 till March 2003, he worked as Budgeting & Reporting Accountant for EPA Attikis, having contributed to the company’s annual budget delivery and monitoring. He started his career in October 1999 at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where from the Senior Auditor position he carried out many Financial Audit projects mainly of the Banking and Insurance Sector.

He holds a BS in Statistics and Insurance Science from the University of Piraeus in Greece, as well as an MSc in International Banking and Financial Services from the University of Reading in U.K.

Dr. Panagiota Bosdogianni holds the position of OTEGLOBE’s Chief Technology Officer since 2008. Her role includes network (voice + data) technology planning, operations and continued evolution of platforms across OTEGLOBE’s network.

She joined OTEGLOBE in January 2001 as the company’s Network Planning Manager. She has also worked at the Network Planning Department of OTE since 1997. Prior to OTE group she had worked for the Hellenic Aerospace Industry S.A., and as a Visiting Professor at the Technical University of Crete.

Dr. Panagiota Bosdogianni has received her BSc. in Informatics from the University of Athens, her MSc in CIT from the University of Dundee, U.K., and her PhD in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Surrey, U.K. Dr. Bosdogianni has authored two books and various scientific publications.
